    Quotely Ltd — info@quotely.uk

    1. Introduction

    Welcome to Quotely, an AI-powered business discovery platform for UK manufacturing and innovation.
    By accessing or using Quotely (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
    These Terms apply to all users — including buyers, suppliers, and affiliate partners — and cover use of the Quotely website, AI search tool, and related services.

    If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

    2. Purpose of the Platform

    Quotely provides information, introductions, and AI-powered supplier matching to help users discover UK manufacturing and innovation businesses.
    The Platform is designed to assist users in finding potential suppliers based on natural language search — but Quotely does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or performance of any supplier or match.

    Quotely is primarily intended for business and professional use (B2B), but individuals, sole traders, and students may also use the Platform for general discovery.

    3. No Guarantee or Endorsement

    Quotely provides introductions only.
    We do not vet, verify, or endorse any supplier, product, service, or partner listed on the Platform.

    All users engage with suppliers, partners, or affiliates entirely at their own discretion and risk.
    Quotely accepts no responsibility or liability for:

    • The quality, accuracy, or completeness of any supplier information,

    • The outcome of any contact, quote, transaction, or project,

    • Any errors or omissions in the AI search or supplier data.

    4. Use of Publicly Available Information

    Some supplier listings and company details displayed on Quotely have been compiled from publicly available business information.
    These listings exist to improve discoverability and help buyers connect with UK manufacturers.

    If your company has been listed and you prefer not to appear on Quotely, you can request removal at any time by emailing info@quotely.uk.
    Removal requests will be actioned promptly and respectfully.

    5. Data Collection and Use

    Quotely may collect anonymised usage data when buyers use the AI tool or browse the Platform.
    This includes search trends, materials, processes, and industries of interest.

    This data is used to improve the service and may be shared in anonymised, aggregated form with verified premium suppliers to provide industry insights.
    No personal or identifying buyer information is shared with suppliers or third parties.

    For details on data protection, see our Privacy Policy.

    6. Supplier Information

    Suppliers listed on Quotely — whether through public data or direct registration — are responsible for ensuring their information is accurate and up to date.

    Premium suppliers may receive access to additional platform benefits, including analytics, marketing spotlights, and affiliate offers.
    Quotely is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or behaviour of any supplier beyond information displayed on the Platform.

    7. Affiliate & Partner Offers

    Premium suppliers may be introduced to third-party affiliate businesses that provide discounts, services, or other offers.
    These are provided independently by those partners.

    Quotely does not control, endorse, or guarantee any partner offer, and is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or fulfilment of any such offer.
    Engagements with partners are at the user’s own risk and subject to the partner’s own terms.

    Quotely is not liable for any partner’s actions, business practices, or conduct outside the scope of the Quotely platform.

    8. User Responsibilities

    By using the Platform, you agree to:

    • Use Quotely lawfully and only for legitimate business or research purposes;

    • Not misuse the AI tool, including submitting unlawful or misleading content;

    • Not attempt to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform;

    • Not use Quotely to send spam, advertisements, or unsolicited messages.

    9. Intellectual Property

    All intellectual property in the Quotely Platform, design, AI systems, and content belongs to Quotely Ltd.
    You may not copy, redistribute, or reproduce any part of the Platform without written permission.

    Supplier logos and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and fair business use.

    10. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Quotely Platform, its AI system, and all information provided are made available “as is” and “as available.”

    Quotely makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

    • The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated information or supplier matches;

    • The suitability of any supplier, partner, or recommendation;

    • Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement;

    • Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation.

    Artificial intelligence and automation are inherently imperfect technologies.
    The AI system may occasionally return incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate information, or fail to interpret a query correctly.
    By using Quotely, you acknowledge these limitations and agree that Quotely Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any consequence arising from the use or interpretation of AI-generated results.

    Use of the Platform and AI tool is entirely at your own risk.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • Quotely, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or other consequence resulting from use of the Platform, AI tool, or supplier introductions.

    • This includes (without limitation) loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, reputation damage, or indirect or consequential loss.

    • Quotely’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed £100 or the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is lower.

    12. Termination and Modification

    Quotely reserves the right to suspend, modify, or remove any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
    We may update these Terms periodically — the updated version will be posted on www.quotely.uk with the revised date.

    13. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
    Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  • Removal from the Quotely Database & AI Tool

    At Quotely, we celebrate UK manufacturing and innovation by helping businesses be discovered fairly.
    To make that happen, we include basic supplier listings created from publicly available information that’s already accessible online.
    This helps buyers connect with capable suppliers they might not otherwise find.

    However, we completely understand that not every company wishes to appear on directories or discovery platforms.

    If your business is listed on Quotely and you’d prefer to be removed, we make it simple to do so.

    👉 Just email us at info@quotely.uk with your company name and website, and we’ll remove your profile promptly and respectfully from both the website and our AI discovery tool.

    We’ll confirm once it’s done — no fuss, no forms, no questions asked.

    But… we hope you’ll stay 🙂
    Quotely is all about showcasing the best of UK manufacturing and innovation — and we’d love for you to be part of that story.
